Famous Sunday Fried Chicken Tonight
Sunday night around Nieuport 17 are known for our Famous Fried Chicken dinner. A tradition started 40 years ago by retired Chef James Lane continues every Sunday. Chef James was from Louisiana and this recipe was his family secret. Fried in a heavy Cast Iron Skillet it needs to be experienced. Served with Soup or Salad, Mashed Potatoes, Vegetables and Fresh Baked Pie for dessert.
