Welcome Executive Chef Cody Storts. In 2013 Chef Cody was named one of the “Best Chefs in Orange County” by OC Metro Magazine. He has been featured in several guest chef events over the past years at 17 and we are so glad our paths crossed again allowing us to take the culinary experience at 17 to a new level. Cody brings with him one of the most creative and respected culinary teams around. Look for features about all of them in the near future.
Chef Cody polished his acumen and technique at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Los Angeles, Chef Cody has since been making great strides and flourishes as somewhat of a Kitchen Ninja. Mounting a campaign to push the boundaries, he scoffs at the challenge of utilizing exotic ingredients or executing unorthodox pairings.

The menus at 17 will be changing often as we experiment with new dishes. We will keep some of the favorites during the transition but look for improved ingredients and preparations. We will also be remodeling the restaurant over the next few months. We will stay open during most of the process so come by and watch the changes.
